Excavation of thirteen ponds designed to attract migratory waterfowl and provide aquatic vegetation to improve habitat to support nesting and other wildlife in the wetland. You can see a drawing of the wetlands identifying the location of the ponds on our home page.

Despite the wet soil conditions the excavation went remarkably well.  Several large pieces of equipment were used to complete the job including excavators, pans, bull dozers, and rollers.
